Cucumber and Aloe Vera Hair Mask!

Hey!

So if you have been reading my blog for a while then you probaly know I LOVE to experiment with homemade deep treatments for my hair. This is the last one I have tried:

Cucumber and Aloe Vera hair mask:

Put half a cucumber in the blender with half a cup of aloe vera gel ( natural, organic). Mix until well blended. Put through a strainer so you get rid of the small pieces of cucumber peel.

Apply to hair and leave in for 30 minutes.

Results: Shiny and very hidrated hair!

Soft, Shiny, Hidrated Hair!

So I am going to share one of my favorite homemade deep conditioners ever!
It's amazing. I actually made it today and left it in my hair for about 40 minutes. I am not kidding when I say I have never felt my hair soooo soft! It is also increadibly shiny. This mask is ultra hydrating so it's perfect for dry hair like mine. I recommend doing this mask once a week to get lasting results.

What you will need:
Half of a very ripe avocado

One medium sized banana
A tablespoon of honey
A tablespoon of fresh natural aloe vera (gel or juice)
A tablespoon of almond oil

Mix everything together. I would really recommend you put your mixture through a strainer to get rid of the clumps and little pieces of banana or avocado since these tend to be very hard to remove from your hair. If you strain it it will perfectly pureed and you won't have that problem.

The reason why this hair treatment works so well it because of the mix of ingredients. The avocado, aloe vera and almond oil will give you moisture. The honey gives you amazing shine and the banana is great at making your hair soft and silky.

Give this a try, your hair will thank you!
